Vicks VapoDrops Original Menthol 24’s are lozenges that are used to temporarily relieve symptoms of a cold, such as sore throat, throat irritation, and cough. They work by providing a cooling feeling and increasing saliva in the mouth.

Usage

• Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Suck on one lozenge every 2 hours, up to 12 lozenges per day.
• Children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.

Contradictions

• Do not use if you are allergic to menthol or eucalyptus oil.
• Do not use if you have a sore throat that is severe, accompanied by fever, headache, rash, or nausea.
• Do not use if you have a cough that is accompanied by phlegm (mucus).
• Do not use if you have asthma or other respiratory problems.

Indications

• Temporarily relieves sore throat and cough due to a cold.

Warnings

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not exceed recommended dosage.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or if they worsen.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a doctor before use.
