Each 5 mL dose of VIFEX SYRUP COUGH MIXT -100ML contains:
- 100 mg guaifenesin
- 10 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide
Usage
VIFEX SYRUP COUGH MIXT -100ML is for oral use only. Adults and children 12 years of age and older should take 10 mL every 4 hours, as needed. Children 6 to 12 years of age should take 5 mL every 4 hours, as needed. Children under 6 years of age should not take VIFEX SYRUP COUGH MIXT -100ML.
Contradictions
VIFEX SYRUP COUGH MIXT -100ML should not be used by people who are allergic to guaifenesin, dextromethorphan, or any of the other ingredients in the syrup. It should also not be used by people who have a history of asthma or other breathing problems.
Indications
VIFEX SYRUP COUGH MIXT -100ML is indicated for the temporary relief of coughs associated with the common cold, bronchitis, and other respiratory conditions.
Warnings
VIFEX SYRUP COUGH MIXT -100ML can cause drowsiness. Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform other hazardous activities until you know how this medication affects you.
