Difflam Strawberry Sugar-Free Lozenges are used to provide relief from symptoms associated with sore throat and mouth conditions such as pain, inflammation, and irritation. The active ingredient in Difflam lozenges is benzydamine hydrochloride, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps to reduce swelling and inflammation in the affected area.

Indications:
Difflam Strawberry Sugar-Free Lozenges are indicated for the treatment of sore throat and mouth conditions, including pain, inflammation, and irritation. It is also useful for the management of oral mucositis, an inflammation of the mucous membrane lining the mouth and throat, which can occur as a side effect of chemotherapy or radiation therapy.

Ingredients:
Each lozenge contains 3 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride as the active ingredient. The other ingredients in the lozenge include aspartame, citric acid, isomalt, liquid glucose, mannitol, natural strawberry flavor, and purified water.

Contraindications:
Difflam Strawberry Sugar-Free Lozenges should not be used in patients with a known hypersensitivity to benzydamine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients in the product. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of asthma, as it may trigger an allergic reaction.
