Kwells Kids Tab 12’s are chewable tablets that are used to prevent and treat travel sickness in children 4 years of age and older. They contain the active ingredient hyoscine hydrobromide, which is a medication that works by blocking the effects of a chemical in the brain that causes nausea and vomiting.

Usage
Kwells Kids Tab 12’s can be taken up to 30 minutes before travel to prevent travel sickness, or at the onset of nausea. Children 4 to 10 years: Give half or one tablet every 6 hours, as required. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Children over 10 years: Give 1-2 tablets every 6 hours, as required. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Contraindications
Kwells Kids Tab 12’s should not be used in children under 4 years of age. They should also not be used in people with the following conditions:
- Glaucoma
- Myasthenia gravis
- Enlarged prostate gland
- Pyloric stenosis
- Paralytic ileus
Indications
Kwells Kids Tab 12’s are indicated for the prevention and treatment of travel sickness in children 4 years of age and older.
Warnings
- Kwells Kids Tab 12’s may cause drowsiness, so children who have taken them should not be left unattended.
- Kwells Kids Tab 12’s should not be used in people who are taking other medications that can cause drowsiness, such as sedatives or antidepressants.
- Kwells Kids Tab 12’s should not be used in people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Restrictions
- Kwells Kids Tab 12’s are not a toy. Keep them out of reach of children.
- Do not use Kwells Kids Tab 12’s if the packaging is damaged or expired.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Do not use Kwells Kids Tab 12’s if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
