They contain two antibacterial agents, dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmethecresol, which help to kill the bacteria that can cause a sore throat. Strepsils Loz Plus 36’s also contain a local anaesthetic, lignocaine, which helps to numb the throat and relieve pain.

• Each lozenge contains 10 mg of lignocaine hydrochloride, 1.2 mg of dichlorobenzyl alcohol, and 600 micrograms of amylmethecresol.

Usage:
