Usage

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Remove one earplug from the package.
3. Gently roll the earplug between your fingers until it is a narrow cylinder.
4. Insert the earplug into your ear canal, pointing it slightly upwards.
5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and create a seal.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear.

Contraindications

• Do not use if you have a perforated eardrum.
• Do not use if you are allergic to foam.
