Ordering and Payments

1. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for online purchases.

Shipping

2. Rural Delivery: Additional charges apply for rural deliveries.
3. International Orders: Customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to international orders.
4. Non-Trackable Shipping: Budget Pharmacy is not liable for lost or stolen orders sent via non-trackable shipping options.

Returns and Refunds

1. Change of Mind: Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days for a refund (excluding shipping fees). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items: Contact customer service with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Budget Pharmacy will arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.
3. Exclusions: Certain items, including prescription medicines, perishable goods, clearance items, and adult products, are non-returnable. Refer to the full exclusions list below.

Exclusions from Returns/Refunds

• Prescription Medicines: As per legal regulations, these cannot be returned or refunded.
• Clearance Items: Products sold as clearance stock or short-dated items are non-returnable.
• Adult Products: Due to hygiene reasons, adult toys are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Prestige Items: Returns for Prestige Fragrance, Cosmetic, or Skincare items must be coordinated directly with the supplier within 30 days of receipt.

Rewards and Promotions

1. Rewards Points: Points are earned on eligible purchases made online only. Exclusions include prescription medicines, clearance items, and items under FJD$20. Points are non-transferable.
2. Discount Codes: Only one discount code can be applied per transaction. Codes do not apply to shipping fees.
3. Gift Vouchers: Vouchers must be used in full at the time of purchase and cannot be reused.

Beauty and Fragrance Orders

1. Delivery Timeline: Beauty and fragrance items are sourced from local and international suppliers and may take 7–14 working days for delivery.
2. Holiday Delivery: Orders placed close to public holidays may have earlier cutoff dates to ensure timely delivery.

Submissions

By submitting feedback, ideas, or content to Budget Pharmacy, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt your submission for any purpose.
