Return Policy – Budget Pharmacy Fiji

At Budget Pharmacy Fiji, we strive to provide excellent service and quality products. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a seamless process for eligible items. Please read the details carefully before proceeding with a return.

Change of Mind – 15-Day Return Policy

You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order (as recorded by the courier) for a refund of the product value, excluding the original shipping fee.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Process: Contact our customer service team to obtain a return code and include your order number.
  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable (refer to exclusions below).

Wrong Item Chosen

If you’ve mistakenly chosen the wrong item, you may use the 15-day “Change of Mind” return policy.

  • A new order will need to be placed for the correct item, and additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Contact our customer service team for assistance.

Faulty or Defective Items

For defective or faulty products, please contact our customer service team immediately with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the defective item, expiry date, and batch number (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue (e.g., allergic reaction with general photos of affected areas)

We will coordinate with the supplier and update you on replacement or refund options. If the defect is substantial, an immediate refund, including the shipping fee (Fiji-wide), will be issued.

 

Incorrect Item Sent by Budget Pharmacy

If we’ve sent the wrong item, notify us immediately.

  • We will provide a return courier bag or ticket and send the correct item (subject to stock availability).
  • If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Missing Items

  • Prestige Items: Prestige fragrance, skin, hair, or cosmetic items are shipped directly from international suppliers and may take 10–15 working days. Contact us if you believe an item is missing.
  • Pharmacy or General Items: For missing pharmacy or general health items, email our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

International Returns

If an international order is returned due to customs rejection, refusal by the recipient, or unpaid customs charges:

  • Refunds will be processed once the parcel is received back, minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Note: Customs taxes or charges are the customer’s responsibility, and Budget Pharmacy is not liable for these fees.

Exclusions from Returns/Refunds

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Prescription Medicines: As per legal regulations, prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Honey and Perishable Items: Especially for international orders, where temperature control is unavailable.
  • Lost/Stolen/Misplaced Non-Trackable International Orders: These are not insured and cannot be refunded.
  • R18 Adult Products: Due to hygiene reasons, adult toys are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Prestige Beauty/Fragrance Items: Returns for incorrectly ordered items must be sent directly to the supplier within 30 days.
  • Clearance or Short-Dated Items: These are sold as-is and are non-returnable.

Procured Items

Orders for large quantities requiring special procurement are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are typically for business or resale purposes and are not covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email online@mail.budgetpharmacy.com.fj to obtain a return code and instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Parcel: Ensure items are securely packed with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Include your return code and order number on the parcel.
  3. Undamaged Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Unsellable items will not be refunded.
  4. Send to Us: Ship the parcel to our address:

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for canceled orders or eligible returns will be processed within 7 days after receipt of goods or order cancellation.
  • Refunds for international returns will only occur after the item is received at our facility.
