How Does It Work?

   • For most items*, you earn 1 point for every FJD$1 spent.
   • Accumulate 500 points, and you’ll receive a FJD$10 online voucher.
   • Points are cumulative, so you don’t need to spend FJD$500 in one order.
2. Redeem Your Voucher:
   • Once you reach 500 points, go to the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
   • The Rewards Box will guide you through converting your points into a voucher.
   • You’ll receive an email with your unique voucher code to use at checkout.
3. Use Your Voucher:
   • Your voucher can be applied to any products online (excluding shipping fees).
   • Use the code in one transaction as it cannot be reused or partially redeemed.

  • Items priced FJD$20 or less are eligible for 1 point only.
• Online Use Only: Rewards Points and vouchers can only be used for online orders and are not available for in-store purchases.
• No Cash Redemption: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be used for shipping fees.
• Non-Transferable: Points and vouchers are not transferable between accounts.
• Expiry: Points expire if unredeemed within 12 months, and vouchers must be used within 12 months from activation.
