General Queries
How do I contact Customer Service?
You can email us at online@mail.budgetpharmacy.com.fj, and our team will respond within one working day.
Do you offer prescription medicines online?
Yes. Your prescriber can send an eRx to online@mail.budgetpharmacy.com.fj. Alternatively, you can email a photo/scan of your prescription with a visible barcode.
What currency are orders charged in?
All orders are charged in Fijian Dollars (FJD$).
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please see our shipping page for more details.
Can I place a phone order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders. Please use our website to place orders.
Order and Delivery
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 2-4 working days (3-5 working days for international orders). Delays may occur during peak times or for bulk purchases.
What courier service do you use?
We use Fiji Post/Courier Post for all deliveries, except prestige beauty/fragrance products.
Do you charge for rural delivery?
Yes, rural deliveries incur additional charges. Details are available on our shipping page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 2-4 hours for the tracking to update.
My tracking shows “Attempted Delivery.” What should I do?
Follow instructions on the Fiji Post link or contact Fiji Post directly to arrange redelivery.
Can I add items to an order after placing it?
We can add items to same-day orders. Once processing begins, additional items require a new order.
. Do you offer Saturday delivery?
No, deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Payment and Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and internet banking (Fiji customers only).
Can international customers use internet banking?
No, international customers must use a credit card for payment.
My card seems to have been charged twice. What should I do?
Pending authorizations may appear as duplicate charges but are not actual deductions. If unresolved within 7 days, contact your bank or email us.
How are refunds processed for canceled orders?
Refunds are released from your bank’s hold account within 7 days. You will not see Budget Pharmacy on your statement once funds are released.
Products and Availability
Do your products have expiry dates listed online?
Due to high turnover, expiry dates may not always be listed. Short-dated stock (within one year) will have expiry dates displayed.
What does "quantity restriction" mean?
This limits the purchase of certain items for ethical or stock reasons. Exceeding this limit will prompt our team to contact you for adjustments.
Can I order refrigerated items?
Yes. These items are packed with thermal bubble wrap and only dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid delays over weekends.
A product is out of stock. Can I preorder it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept preorders. Check back regularly for availability updates.
Rewards and Vouchers
How do I redeem my rewards voucher?
- Add products to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your voucher code in the "Gift Certificate/Rewards Voucher" box.
- Click "Apply Code" to see the discount reflected in your total.
My rewards voucher isn’t working. What should I do?
If issues persist, email us your order number, and we’ll manually apply the discount upon receiving your order.
Returns and Support
Can I return an incorrect order?
Yes, please refer to our Returns Page or contact us at online@mail.budgetpharmacy.com.fj.
My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
