Usage
Vicks VapoRub can be used for adults and children 2 years of age and older. To use, apply a thin layer of Vicks VapoRub to the chest, back, and throat, or to muscles and joints. Rub it in until it is absorbed. Vicks VapoRub can be used up to four times a day.
Contraindications
Do not use Vicks VapoRub if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use Vicks VapoRub on children under 2 years of age. Do not use Vicks VapoRub on open wounds or irritated skin.

Warnings
Vicks VapoRub can cause skin irritation in some people. If you experience skin irritation, stop using Vicks VapoRub and consult a doctor. Vicks VapoRub can be harmful if swallowed. If Vicks VapoRub is swallowed, call the Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222 immediately.
Restrictions
Keep Vicks VapoRub out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature. Do not use Vicks VapoRub if the seal is broken.
